WILLIAMSBURG NATIONAL II - YORKTOWN: This 18 hole addition to the Jack Nicklaus course at Williamsburg National in Williamsburg, Virginia, measures 7,001 yards from the tips, to 4,800 to the forward tees, with 3 tees in between. “I had an excellent piece of property to work with that was ideal for the development of a tradionally designed course with no gimmicks” said, Tom Clark. The course features A1 / A4 greens and 419 bermuda on the tees, fairways and roughs. There will be a lot of hard fescue in the out-of-play areas. This course was completed by Aspen Construction from Daniels, West Virginia. Aspen is noted for their remodeling work at the Greenbrier and Glade Springs in West Virginia, the Homestead in Virginia, and Nemacolin Springs in Pennsylvania.
